We are probably the only beach house in all of Southern California that will pick you up off of a boat anchored off short! If you are arriving by boat and are anchored off the Malibu coast, you can be picked up in the home's Zodiak boat and taken directly to the beach house. The boat is also available for use during your stay at no charge! The Zodiak is stored onsite on a private launch ramp located under the rear deck of the home. We have the only private boat launch ramp we are aware of that is part of any home in Malibu.
